Refund Policy

We stand behind Art of Rental. If the Course isn't right for you, you can request a full refund under the conditions below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund of $297 within 30 days of your original purchase if both of these conditions are met:

You have viewed less than 30% of the total Course content
Your request is submitted within 30 calendar days from the purchase date shown on your receipt

We track watch progress per lesson on your account. If your viewed percentage exceeds 30% of total content, you are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@artofrental.com with:

Your email address used to purchase
Date of purchase
Brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful for us to improve the Course)

We do not require detailed explanations. Refund requests are honored when the conditions above are met.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (the card or account used for purchase)
It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed

When Refunds Are NOT Available

After 30 calendar days from purchase
After viewing 30% or more of the Course content
For accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. content sharing, account abuse)
For chargebacks initiated through your bank before contacting us (chargebacks are disputed by Stripe and may result in account termination)

Chargebacks

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please email us first. We respond quickly and resolve eligible refund requests in good faith. Initiating a chargeback through your bank before contacting us:

May result in your account being suspended
May make you ineligible for future purchases
Is disputed by us through Stripe with proof of access and Terms acceptance
